Dr. Dalia Sweidan

Co-founder & Medical Director

Woman's Health Specialist

Experience

Dr. Dalia Sweidan is the Co-Founder and Clinic Director of Movement. Her work is guided by one fundamental belief: healing begins when a person feels heard and understood.

Specialization

Her primary specialty is Women’s Health Physiotherapy, where she supports women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health conditions, and complex chronic pain patterns that are often overlooked or misunderstood. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful space where women feel validated, educated, and empowered in their bodies.

Education

Dr. Dalia’s clinical perspective is strongly shaped by her academic background in Neuroscience, having pursued a Master’s program at the University of Bordeaux. This advanced training expanded her understanding of pain beyond tissues and structures recognizing it as a dynamic interaction between the nervous system, emotions, cognition, stress, and lived experience.
By integrating neuroscience with evidence-based physiotherapy, she approaches rehabilitation with depth and precision. She looks beyond the diagnosis to understand the whole person, helping patients regulate their nervous system, rebuild strength, and restore confidence in movement.

Clinical Vision

As Clinic Director, Dr. Dalia is dedicated to maintaining a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and compassionate care at Movement.
Her mission is not only to reduce pain, but to help women reconnect with their bodies and move through life with strength, awareness, and resilience.
